Pierogies with apple and cinnamon

Ingredients:

Dough
2 cups wheat flour
half teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water

Filling
4 apples
ground cinnamon

Also
2 tablespoons butter
sugar to taste

3-4 tablespoons wheat flour

Preparation:

With the ingredients, knead soft dough. Peel the apples and grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze excessive juice out of the apples and mix with cinnamon. Roll the dough on a board with sprinkled flour. Cut out circles with a glass. Put on the filling and make the pierogies. Boil them in salted water for about 5 minutes after rising to the surface. Take out the pierogies with a skimmer spoon. Optionally you can melt butter and pour it over the pierogies and sprinkle sugar to taste.
