Mini Cranberry Cheesecakes baked in apples
Ingredients:
- no sugar Vanilla pudding mix (1 pack),
- apples ( 6 pcs.),
- crushed
biscuits, - cream cheese (4 pcs),
- eggs ( 3 pcs.),
- dried cranberries (one full hand),
- powdered sugar (to sprinkle),
- sugar (0.5 glass)
Directions:
Wrap the apples in aluminum foil.
Mix the cream cheese with egg yolks and sugar. Combine pudding mix to creams and cakes and mix carefully. Whisk the egg whites.
Add it to cheese mass and mix with a wooden spoon to combine the ingredients.
Put the bottom of the apples with crushed biscuits. Then pour the cheese mass. Add cranberries to the top.
Bake the mini cheesecakes for about 35 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
