• 4 apples – dessert varieties are recommended
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • pinch of cinnamon


Wash the apples well and cut off their tops. Remove the core. Place the fruit on a baking tray. Put a teaspoon of mascarpone, a few raisins, a tablespoon of honey inside and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover the apples with their tops and place in the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes.
