Ingredients:

- 1/3 glass of oatmeal,
- 2 tablespoons of raisins,
- 1/2 cup of hot water,
- 1 apple,
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup,
- 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon,
- 1/3 glass of natural yogurt.

Preparation:

Put oatmeal into a bowl together with raisins, pour boiling water in and let stand overnight.

Put the peeled and cut cubes into a salad bowl, sprinkle them with lemon juice, pour the syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix. Combine soaked cereal with sliced apple and natural yoghurt.
