- 1 kg of fish fillets,
- 1 kg of sour apples,
- 3 large onions,
- ¼ of butter cubes,
- marjoram, to taste,
- fish spice, to taste.


Season fish fillets, fry in flour in a pan. Chop the onion and lightly fry it on the pan. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces, coat in marjoram (the amount of marjoram at your discretion). Prepare butter shavings. In a heat-resistant dish, arrange the fish, then butter shavings, then onions and apples. Do the same with the next layer. Bake in the oven until the apples are soft. Serve hot.
