- 4 small apples;
- 4 teaspoons of raisins;
- 4 tablespoons honey;
- a pinch of spice mixture for apple pie or just cinnamon;
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.


Heat up the oven to 180 degrees. Cut out 1/3 part of the apples and take out the seed core with a knife.
Place the apples on a baking pan, inside each one put a teaspoon of raisins, a tablespoon of honey and a pinch of apple pie spices. Cover with the cut-off top of apples and put into the oven. Bake for 25 minutes (very large apples bake longer, for about 40 - 45 minutes). Serve hot, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
