Ingredients:

- apples

FILLING:

- peanut butter or jam,
- raisins,
- cinnamon,
- honey or agave syrup,
- walnuts or almonds.

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the inside of the apples, put the filling ingredients in: sprinkle with cinnamon, put fruit or nuts in, pour over honey or syrup. You can also cut the top of the apples, hollow the center, fill the apples and cover with the cut-off part. Place in a casserole or on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes.
