Ingredients:

- 1 large red apple; - 1/4 cup peanut butter;
- 1-2 tablespoon unsweetened, grated coconut;
- 1-2 tablespoon crushed walnuts;
- 1-2 tablespoon chocolate flakes;
- lemon juice (optional).

Preparation:

Cut the apple into round slices using a large knife. Place them on a paper towel to dry. Spread peanut butter on each slice, sprinkle with chocolate flakes, nuts and coconut.
